Notice of Non-Discrimination

The school prohibits discrimination against students and/or their opportunity to participate in appropriate programs, services and activities on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national or ethnic origin, political beliefs, marital status, parenthood, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, or social and family background.  All programs and services shall be non-sectarian.

LJPS will enroll students who meet the eligibility criteria without regard to racial or gender except as needed to balance representatives of minority groups in accordance with the district’s prior year average for grade nine.
